# External Data Source Validation

Ready Health's platform provides robust external data source validation capabilities to verify document authenticity and retrieve information from the source of truth systems. This feature enables organizations to ensure the credibility of submitted documents by cross-referencing them with trusted external databases and systems.

## Certification Verification

### BLS and ACLS Certification Validation

Ready Health currently supports verification of Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications through direct integration with:

* **American Heart Association (AHA)**
* **American Red Cross**

When a document is submitted for validation, our system automatically queries these authoritative sources to confirm the authenticity of the certification, including verification of:

* Student name
* Certificate validity
* Expiration date
* Training completion status

## System of Record Integration

### CRM and ATS Data Retrieval

Ready Health can retrieve and validate information from your existing systems of record, such as ATS or CRM.
